Common Questions

Here are some common questions. Can't find your answer? Feel free to contact us.

01

Do you help people in other industries?

Yes! We're to help everyone. Medicine is our specialty because we have numerous qualified consultants that are currently practicing in their respective fields. However, we also have a consultants that are in non-medicine industries such as Business, Teaching, Management, Web Design, Programming, etc.

02

Do I have to use Google Drive or Skype?

Yes, it's our preferred methods of communication. We find it to be the easiest way to communicate with our clients. It's more universal because It's also one of the most used products. However, if you have a preference, let us know and we'll try to accommodate.

03

I don't have a webcam or microphone. Can I have my sessions on the phone?

Of course! However, depending on what you've ordered, we may require you to have internet access during your sessions so that you and your consultant can work side by side in real time.

04

I'm not much of a phone or webcam person. Can I have my sessions via chat instead?

No problem. We can have your sessions on GChat, Skype, AIM, or Facebook. However, if you decide to use sources other than GChat, we still require you to access the document we shared with you (if needed).

05

I see that you only accept Paypal. Do you accept any other type of payment?

Sorry, we only accept Paypal online. We assure you that Paypal is secure and reliable. It is one of the few online merchants that are still around today. We don't use our own merchant services because we want to minimize your risk of purchasing online. Since we never see your payment information, it's one less thing for you to worry about.

You can pay your services by logging into your Paypal account or you can enter your payment information without creating an account. Either way Paypal is a secured merchant.

For in-person sessions, you may pay by card or cash but you still need to pay your online deposit beforehand.

06

Can you do all the work for me because "I'm lazy" or "I don't have time" or "I have too many applications"?

We prefer that you as a learning individual should put in some effort into nurturing and developing your professional self so that you won't need our help or anyone else's in the future. We want to create independent and self reliant individuals.

Even if you don't have the time to put in effort, we can still help you. Keep in mind that our rates are higher. If money is a concern, we recommend putting in a little effort to save some money. In the end, you'll have so much more to gain.

07

I want to order the Application Assistance service. Do I need to provide my birthdate or SSN?

Your privacy is important to us. We will never ask for sensitive information such your home address, SSN, Alien # or birthdate. You are responsible for entering sensitive information and for reviewing all entered data before submitting your application.

We will also never share your information unless instructed by you (i.e. entering your information on your application).

Questions for In-person Sessions

A) How far in advance should I schedule an in-person session?

To accommodate the availability of our experts, you must schedule an in-person session at least two weeks in advance and pay your non-refundable deposit of 75% of your preliminary balance 7 days before your scheduled appointment. A deposit serves multiple purposes:

  1. To confirm your appointment. Remember, this is an investment into your future and we want you to take it serious. Unfortunately, after many trial-and-errors we realized that the only way to make someone accountable is to charge a non-refundable deposit.

  2. To hold you accountable. We want you to learn how to be accountable for your choices because the time you schedule with our experts is time away from their career or other commitments. It is not fair that you schedule an appointment with our expert and expect to be able to cancel at the last minute without any consequences. Even though you haven't met them yet, they still have to spend time preparing for your meeting.

To give you an idea of when your deposit is due, here is an example: If you have an appointment on February 20, your deposit should reflect a date of Feburary 13 to confirm your appointment. If it's past your due date, please contact us to see if your expert is still willing to meet with you at your original scheduled date; however, there are no guarantees.

Note: Please keep in mind that your balance may increase if you spend more time with your expert during your appointment.

B) Help! I need an in-persion session stat!

We understand that there are some circumstances that force you to make last minute appointments (i.e. your new graduate residency RN program just opened today!!). However, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to meet with an expert in-person if you try to schedule an emergency session. Try to anticipate your need and make a tentative schedule with us as soon as possible.

But if it can't be helped, please contact us immediately. Emergency sessions require the preliminary balance to be paid in full before your session which will also include an express fee. The amount of your express fee is determined case-by-case and by when you need us. If it really is a stat order, don't delay and contact us now

C) Can I pay in person?

Yes, you may pay the rest of your balance in person. However, you still must pay your non-refundable deposit no later than 7 days before your scheduled appointment.

D) Why do you charge more for in-person sessions?

We have to factor in travel time plus expenses for our experts. If you want to save money (who doesn't?), we recommend scheduling an online session. It's just as good as an in-person session. Some say online sessions are even better because you don't have to leave the comfort of your home (which saves you time and gas money!).

E) Can I reschedule my appointment?

You may reschedule but you might lose your deposit. To transfer your non-refundable deposit to another date, you have up to one week to reschedule your appointment. If your appointment is within 6 days or less, your full deposit amount may be forfeited and not transferrable.

You can only reschedule your appointment a maximum number of 2 times before you completely forfeit your deposit.

We understand that things get in the way sometimes. However, we believe that this is an investment towards your future and you should not reschedule unless you have no other option. We want you to be accountable for your actions and choices. We understand that investing time, money and effort is not fun but it can be life changing.

Please contact us so that we can find the best solution for your situation.

F) Will my in-person expert be in my field?

We will try to schedule you with an expert within your field. However, availability will depend on their schedule. Even if you don't get to meet an expert in your field, we assure you that all of our experts are more than capable of answering most questions and concerns. If they cannot answer your questions, they will direct your questions to our other experts and an answer will be provided to you at no charge.
